Versatile Printing Technologies
We offer a full spectrum of printing techniques to suit every fabric type and design aesthetic:
- Screen Printing (Auto & Manual): Equipped with high-speed automatic carousels for high-volume orders, as well as manual stations for specialized, artisanal finishes.
- Digital Sublimation: Perfect for activewear and polyester blends, providing edge-to-edge, breathable prints with unlimited color depth.
- Heat Transfer & Vinyl: Ideal for sharp logos, sports numbering, and reflective safety elements with high-bond adhesion.
- Specialized Effects: We specialize in high-value techniques including High-Density (3D), Puff, Glitter, Foil, Crack, and Discharge printing.
The Standard of Durability
A great print must last as long as the garment. Our printing process is backed by rigorous technical testing:
- Color Fastness: Every print batch undergoes a 10-cycle wash test to ensure zero fading or cracking.
- Curing Precision: Our conveyorized curing ovens are digitally monitored to ensure the ink is bonded at the exact temperature required for the specific fabric.
- Eco-Friendly Inks: We prioritize the use of Phthalate-Free, PVC-Free, and Water-Based inks, ensuring all prints are safe for skin contact and meet global Oeko-Tex® standards.
In-House Design & Development
Our printing unit isn't just about execution; it’s about innovation.
- Lab Dip & Strike-offs: We provide rapid strike-offs (samples) for your approval, ensuring the color on fabric matches your Pantone® references perfectly.
- Graphic Optimization: Our technical team assists in refining your artwork to ensure the best possible output on various textile textures.
